Penrhyn Farm Cottage is a traditionally built Welsh stone cottage painstakingly restored to retain the character of this former farmhouse. The views of the sea, the charming town of Criccieth and its castle are breathtaking.
We believe that Penrhyn Farm Holiday Cottage is a very special place. It is nestled in of the most peaceful corners of the Cambrian Coast between Criccieth and Porthmadog. It boasts stunning views across towards the magnificent 13th century Criccieth Castle, and sweeping views across the Nantlle Ridge and Moel Hebog in the Snowdonia National Park

Penrhyn Farm was a working small family farm but left to almost ruin for the past 20 years until the present owners refurbished and tastefully kept its charming cottage character.

On arrival you will receive a welcome pack with essentials and the fire will be made for you with enough logs for your first night. A folder containing essential information about the cottage and a guide of local attractions is provided. If you need any more information to make your stay any more enjoyable, i am on the end of the phone .

Had an amazing stay here - so peaceful - wonderful views - cottage was perfect for our stay it catered for all our needs - clean & comfirtable - the owner had left eggs/butter/milk/bread & oatcakes - a nice touch - we felt at home...More

The cottage is located on the Welsh coastal foot path, this is a delightful walk along the beach to Criccieth town or if your feeling really active you can follow the coastal path along blackrock sands for approximately 4 miles and you will arrive at the picturesque village of Borth y guest and on to Porthmadog town where you can see the Welsh highland railway.

Railway: Criccieth : 8.0 km
Penrhyn farm cottage is situated in a stunning location between Criccieth beach and Blackrock sands. It's unique and peaceful setting is accessible from both Morfa Buchan and also you can take the A497 from Porthmadog towards Criccieth, immediately before the railway bridge, turn left and follow the lane for approx 2 miles, then take the right fork past the farm, carry on going passed Taliesin Lodge park and over a cattle grid to Penrhyn farm Cottage.
