Hear and see the ocean in this beautiful, newly remodeled 670 Sq. Ft, one bedroom ocean view cottage features an open floor plan enabling you to interact with others easily. It has free stateside phone calls, central air, living room areas, all new kitchen with gorgeous vanilla cabinetry and quartz countertop, new appliances, bottled water quality water through an iSpring 5 Stage water purifier, new furniture, and updated bathroom. The living room has a 42' flat screen 'smart' HDTV. The house sleeps up to 4 when using the queen size hide-a-bed located in the living room. Included in each house are free WiFi, Netflix, several games, paperbacks, stateside phone for free calls, and a local cell phone. Whenever we are there my daughter takes a little leftover food out each evening and they have come to expect it and show up for 'dinner'. They range in size from baseball size hermits to tip of your pinky sized ones. There is a shared full sized laundry on the property. The house is located just 90 feet from the ocean with 85' of shoreline. The beach is rocky, so water shoes are a must! There are several good snorkeling areas just off the shoreline boasting an abundance of vegetation, reefs and marine life. A short five minute drive to the dive shops and shopping. Initial food supplies can be purchased and placed in house for your convenience if you desire. Just submit a list and reimbursement can be made when you arrive.More

We love kids, but this rental really is not suited for children under 12. There are several hand blown glass items as well as hand carved items. Renters should be at least 22 unless visit is in conjunction with a honeymoon. Please, no parties out of respect for neighbors and adjacent house. Maximum of 4 guests.

Love this place!

Cayman Brac has a 'Gilligan's Island' quality but with all of the essentials for modern life. The slow pace of the island allows for visitors to truly recharge during their visit. If you love peace, tranquility, reading a good book or playing games with others this place is for you! Of course there is plenty to do! You can tandem bike, kayak, snorkel, scuba dive, swim, sunbathe, hike, get involved with iguana or turtle preservation (counting eggs, setting the baby turtles out to sea), fish and many more activities. There are places to get a cocktail and a meal out. what there isn't is lots of tourists, busy roads, traffic, casinos, chain restaurants, nor movie theaters. It is truly for peace and relaxation!
