Save money staying only blocks from the beach in a quiet setting without giving up luxury . Pack the cooler and find your own secluded stretch of Leeward/Pelican Beach and search for giant conch shells to bring back home. Enjoy happy hour at the pool tiki bar with palm thatch roof before heading out to dinner. Barefoot Palms is casual and laid back yet elegant with travertine tiles, granite counters and stainless steel appliances.
Every room has soaring high cathedral ceilings and open living space. The huge master bedroom has a king size bed , walk in closet and writing desk area. 2 other bedrooms have queen size beds; great for families or 3 couples. Each bedroom has its own TV, Cable and DVD player. There's also access to Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Individual A/C units in each bedroom and the rest of the house has central air.
The open kitchen/dining/living rooms will have you cooking eating and entertaining with all utensils and an extensive movie library. There's a Bluetooth sound bar for music and recent bestselling books to enjoy at the beach.

This was our second time staying at Barefoot Palms. We travelled as a family of six with my parents and two children. This villa has it all! It is in a quieter section of the island with a quick walk to what I consider to be the most beautiful beach I have ever been to. The pool provided endless hours of fun for the kids! Anything you need to enjoy the beach is provided (chairs, coolers, toys, towels, etc). When we arrived, everything was spotless.
On the island, I would highly recommend Bay Bistro for dinner! Other good places we ate at included Mango Reef, Baci, and Bugaloos. A quick drive over to Blue Haven (under 5 minutes) and we were able to order gourmet pizza to bring back to the pool for night swimming!
If you scuba dive, you must use Aqua TCI!! I can’t say enough about their experience! Top notch gear, super safety conscious, and oh yeah, we saw a humpback whale 50 feet under! Nothing can top that! Somewhere cafe is also a must do..both my girls now have learned to snorkel on their reef right off the beach. We also hitched a ride on Big Mable for some excitement which was crazy fun! Provo Ponies was also a great time with the kids..the staff there could not be any nicer, and the horses are very well cared for!
Sadly, we had to come home, but Barefoot Palms is amazing, and we took full advantage! I hope to return again! It has spoiled me from all future vacations!

Perfect house for a group of us to get away!
6 of us rented this beautiful villa and could not have been more pleased! The beach that it is near was PERFECT for us to walk to whenever we didn't want to drive to another area of the island. The rooms had plenty of space, with closets and lots of communal space. Having the pool and outside lounging space all to ourselves was perfect for a drink and recap of the day. We agreed that upon return, we would use the same villa. Couldn't be beat for the price!

Beautiful home in Grace Bay!
I have booked many vacation homes with HomeAway, but Barefoot Palms is one of the nicest homes I have ever rented. The location is excellent, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, but is only a block from one of the most beautiful beaches you will ever see! And it’s like a private beach! If you want a larger beach with more people and activities, Grace Bay is a few minutes away by car. As for the house itself, wow! It is beautiful. When you walk in the front door, on one side is a huge master suite with a spacious master bathroom. On the other side of the foyer, there are 2 very nice bedrooms and another bathroom. The living room is inviting and the kitchen area is well stocked for those who love to cook. Outside is a really nice pool, a very cool tiki bar, and a gas grill. If you don’t feel like going out to dinner, you don’t need to! As for the owner, Ramona, she is terrific. We had a few bumps in the road on our end, completely unrelated to our rental, before arriving in Turks, and Ramona worked with us to ensure everything went smoothly, which it did. One last thing - rent a Moke! Google it! We used it daily and really had a blast in Turks. Having Barefoot Palms as our home base was a big part of that.

Great house - Great location
This was our 3rd trip to TCI. First time staying in a villa. The owner is very responsive and she answered all our questions without hesitation. The house is located within a 5 drive minute to Grace Bay Gourmet Grocery and 3 minutes drive to the marina. The beach is a 4 minute walk and depending on how much gear you have you may want to drive. We drove to the beach every visit as we had a cooler ,chairs, large snorkel gag etc... It is super easy to park. No worries. The house is clean and in great shape for a rental property, The pool is fantastic. Our kids swam every day after the beach or our excursions. Perfect mid range house for families or couples.

very pleasantly surprised
I was apprehensive about renting a villa outside the united states. I had visions of arriving and something be very wrong. surprise was on me! a beautiful villa! larger than we expected. very neat, clean, beautifully appointed. fully stocked kitchen. the backyard was so nice! beautiful pool, nice tiki bar. items provided for use: beach towels, beach chairs, & coolers. how great!
there was an adorable neighborhood cat, tiger, that we fed twice a day. such a sweet thing.
the beach was an easy 2 block walk, just like advertised. and we found amazing shells on the beach
we took ramona's advice and utilized grace bay rentals & also went out with caicos dreams.
the only thing I would change?: the weather. it rained 4 days out of 7.
we would rent this villa again if we get back to TCI

Felt Like Home
My wife and I stayed at Barefoot Palms for a week, and it was the perfect escape. As soon as you walk in, it feels that you are home. The back patio was where we spent most of our time. It is very close to Pelican beach which is beautiful. All of the major restaurants and shopping areas are only 5 minute drive which is very convenient. Ramona and her team made the process very easy, and I would highly recommend this villa to anyone who is looking for the perfect private getaway.

Perfect Stay
We stayed at this wonderful Villa for a week.
The house is clean, conveniently located in gated community close to groceries store and restaurants.
15 min from Airport and easy to find.
3 min walk up the street to the beach.
It's large for a family and has anything you may need.
The pool is real star of the show. Well landscaped.
The owner is easy to communicate with.
You will need rent a car to get around the island .
Will definitely return

Perfect Place To Stay in Provo
We recently stayed at Barefoot Palms Villa in the Leeward section of Provo. It is located just a 2 or 3 minute walk to beach and short drive to most restaurants. We had a great time hanging out by the pool with its very own tiki bar. It was a difficult decision to hang out by the pool or go to the beach.
The owner, Ramona, was very easy to book with and you can tell she cares that you have a good time. Very well kept villa which isn't easy in the tropics.
Hesitant to write a review as we definitely will return and don't want it to be already booked!

Villa is in a private gated (manned at night) residential neighborhood 2 blocks from the ocean, 4 minute walk. It's only a 5 minute drive to supermarket, golf, shops and restaurants. 1 minute drive to numerous beach accesses of 12 miles of beautiful beach.
Getting around
Rental car is advised, not because of distance but it's a dark island at night (great for stars!). There are about 2 dark blocks that are empty, so car is needed. This is the case for 98% of the villas. Taxi is a fortune (1 way can cost more than unlimited car rental!)
