The owner Deadria was wonderful and we could not have expected more from her.
She met us at the airport, gave us a tour of the island and pointed out the best beaches, places to shop and eat.
The apartment needed afew minor repairs and the grounds could have been keep a bit more inorder but all in all it is a great place a close to all your needs.

clean and private accomodations
Overall, Eva's View is a good place to stay if you are looking for privacy from the condos and tourist area of the providenciales. The room sits above the owners house with a private entry. Nice balacony to sit on for morning coffee and breezy evenings. The room is clean and has all the necessities you need. Full kitchen/bath and beach towels. It sits in a rural neighborhood that is quiet and off the busy street. What we liked the least was that we were not met at the airport and had to find the house ourselves. Upon arriving, the room was not ready. When trying to use the phone that was suspposed to have ten pre-paid dollars on it,it would not work. We also had to wire money at our expense when her credit card machine stopped working. What we liked the best was the room was clean, private, the owner answered all our questions and gave us helpful suggestions on places to go. She helped us rent a car on north cacios and when our flight was cancelled she let us stay an extra night and picked us up at the airport.

I am sorry, it was my fault, my dates were mixed up. When you arrived I was in the process of completing setup for your arrival. I would have met you at the airport, as I try my best to do with all my guest, upon arrival. As for the problem I had with my machine and any expense it cost you, I will make sure you are refunded moneys owed. Like with your flight getting cancelled unexpectedly, things sometimes go contrary to our plans... I made adjustments to my schedule to help you resolve your dilemma, it wasn't a requirement, it delayed my work/plans etc., its not something one likes to have to do, but I empathized with your situation and helped not holding that against you.
Overall, I am very happy you enjoyed your time, the villa, your privacy and the whole ambiance. You guys are great people!

Wow!! This studio apartment is awesome!
We were very happy with the location and quality of this apartment. It is fully equipped, modern and quiet. The owner was great-- responsive, caring, professional and personable. I'd recommend it to couples who want a home away from home, and away from the glitzy hotels. We would love to return, and this would certainly be our first pick on the island.

Very Peaceful and Relaxing
My friend and I stayed at Eva's View for about 4 nights. It was very relaxing. If you want to get away from the world, check out Eva's view. The owner was at the airport on time waiting for our arrival. I would recommend this location to couples who want peace and quiet or privacy. Its a beautiful location.

Cannot wait to return
My wife and I spent 11 nights at Deadria's studio in July , and cannot wait to return. She met us at the airport and gave us a short tour of sites to see along the way to the studio . This was our third visit to Provo ,and this time we needed to find an economical accommodation in this beautiful island chain. The studio was spotlessly clean . The bed was very comfortable . The big TV with all the channels, washer and dryer, full size fridge, and large deck gave us all we needed . Two beach chairs and cooler meant we did not need to be staying on any one particular beach, as there are so many to see with easy access and parking. The studio was a one minute drive to the ferry that we took for a wonderful day trip to North and Middle Caicos. It is ashamed so many people come to Provo spending $1000/ night to stay at an over crowded hotel that pays the local who work there only $5.00/hr. Stay at Eva's view and get to know so many great "Belonger's" that will welcome you and make you feel at home. Spend the day lazing on the most beautiful stretch of beach in the world at Ricky's Flamingo Cafe and experience life at its best for less . Cannot wait until the next break from our hectic life to return to Eva' View.

Perfect... Just what I needed!!!
My stay at Eva's View was so much more than I anticipated. The 18 to 20 feet ceiling and spacious contemporary layout suited my needs, I felt comfortable and at home. The place was very clean, large refrigerator, washer and dryer, clean white soft linen and towels, all the amenities I needed to make me feel home away from home. The large deck with its ocean view and sweet breeze was just what I needed in from a hot summer day. Keep doing what you do Eva's View!!!

Comfy, well equipped appartment
This is a comfortable, well equipped apartment with a good veranda to sit out on. The location is ideal for the ferry to North Caicos and canoe trips with Big Blue - who are about a mile away. There's also other boat hire nearby. But it's quite a long way from anything else, including the nearest food shop (?2 miles).So you need a hire car. On the other hand it means its quiet and peaceful !

Delightful Retreat!
Bright, cheerful and very clean, this roomy 2nd floor studio was the perfect place for us to beat the high cost of vacationing in T & C. Close to amazing local beaches (2 min. by car) and not far from Grace Bay, it was also a perfect retreat after full days of exploring Provo and other Islands.
Mornings we enjoyed sunrise from the deck. At night we relaxed and star gazed in the wonderfully clear night sky. The proprietress was friendly, discrete and very helpful in getting us aquainted with the area. She met us at the airport and gave us a head start about local features (like Thursday's Fish Fry @ Bight Park) and how to get around.
We very much enjoyed our stay and look forward to another visit.
(one suggestion - a bit of upgrade in cookware would be useful.)

Clean and Quiet but you'll need a car
The villa was clean and quiet and DD was really nice and accommodating. She picked us up at the airport and gave a a lift to the ferry when we left which was super nice. The bed was comfy and she even got us a little cot for our 5 year old to sleep on. The kitchen is very minimally stocked but when we wanted to cook a fish, DD lent us a toaster oven and an aluminium tray. No BBQ because the deck is wood. The area is a little weird, kind of like a suburb just getting built up. There aren't any nice places to walk and the nice beaches are a 15 minute drive away. So are the food stores, restaurants...

Island life must be an acquired taste for those who enjoy it! Still in its 'Green' stage, it is not exaggerated, damaged, polluted or made to be everything it is not. It can be a culture shock for those who come unprepared to accept and appreciate the simple amenities it has to offer its demographic, in its developing stages. While some might find it a beauty that is simply "priceless".. Others might leave disappointed by a culture they never knew existed.
While your view on "island life" was not so desirable and I cannot change that; we will endeavor to make the necessary improvements for future guest at Eva's View. It was a pleasure having you and your family.

Eva's view was perfect, Deadria, more than the property manager, she's a tour guide, a friend. I really enjoyed my stay at this place. It is a really quiet place with all you need to feel at home, in this tropical paradise. Stunning view of the ocean from the balcony. In addition, if this is not the cheapest place to stay in Provo, it's close.

You definetly need a rental car to get around Provo.
Btw the best beach I ever saw in my life is really close. Remember this name when you'll look at Provo's map: emerald point.

Overall, Long Bay is a quiet residential settlement, away from the crowd; still, it is close enough to get anywhere. Just a 5 minutes drive from the main tourist area called Grace Bay where you can enjoy shopping, site seeing, have lunch or dinner at some of the finest restaurants featuring world class cuisine. We are also 3 minutes away from one of the most beautiful beaches that you have ever seen.
Enjoy the attractions that are only minutes away, Eva's View sits next door the the famous Caicos Conch Farm. Mini Golf is two minutes walk and is the spot to enjoy karaoke every night, live band on thursdays and full moon party once a month or just sit and have a drink with friends or play a few rounds of mini golf on the course while watching the crowd enjoy themselves. Heaven Down Rock Dock just pass Caicos Conch Farm in the same neighborhood and is only a two minute drive to where all the ferries and other boats meet, go Jet Skying, go fishing and more or take a boat ride to other neighboring islands like North and Middle Caicos, Parrot Cay, Little Water Cay or enjoy all the other water adventures by booking your day with one of the friendly local boat captains. We are also less than a 5-10 minute drive, to all the shops, doctors office, banks and grocery store in the nearby Grace Bay strip. Just plan your day full of fun, adventure and activities, then head back home to take in the sunset and enjoy the quiet before the breeze drifts you off to sleep.
Eva's View is Unique, basically because it is the most affordable way to enjoy your vacation! Have your cake and eat it too!!!
