Welcome to the Aspen, a 2400 square foot five bedroom, three baths, lakefront home on pristine Otter lake near Princeton, BC.
This west coast style home is fully equipped and ready for your vacation experience. Awaiting you in the house is a fully stocked kitchen, wood burning fireplace, hardwood floors, pool table, 75" tv, apple tv and a spacious great room furnished with Stickley furniture plus much more.
Outside, the property has over 80 feet of beach just steps from the house with a graduated water entrance making it very desirable for families with little ones. We have own private dock and a public boat launch is nearby. A canoe is available for guest use with some life jackets(sizes might be limited). The large grassy area allows plenty of room for games and lawn activities...
