Towels have been provided, but if you should run low on anything, no worries—there is a full size washer and dryer in the home for your convenience. The living room is part of the open-concept design, so the kitchen is in full view and the chef is always part of the conversation. The flat-screen satellite TV has English-language channels, DVD player with selection of movies. in the lineup, and Wi-Fi can be accessed throughout the home. To ensure you are comfortable at all hours of the day, the condominium also has air-conditioning unit in the bedroom as well as in living room. The kitchen is gorgeous, with granite countertops and high-end stainless steel appliances. It also has all those little must-have gadgets like a coffee maker, microwave, blender, and toaster. The adjoining dining room is beautifully decorated and has plenty of seating. You can also enjoy your meals and beverages on the private patio, which offers stunning views of the manicured grounds.  The terrace has a shutter which gives you privacy and provides sun shade.  Back to the beach—and this one’s a beauty. It’s among the most popular stretches of white sand in all of Cozumel, and only residents and guests here may use this particular stretch of palm- and palapa-lined beach. Wander down the pristine shoreline a bit where you’ll find plenty of places to grab a bite (many of these restaurants/beach clubs deliver) or have a drink. You’re also just a sandy stroll away from the pier where dive boats will pick you up for a little underwater fun. Right in your own front yard are not one but two freshwater pools, where comfortable lounge chairs, shady palapas and cool tropical breezes beckon you to kick back and relax. There’s also a jetted hot tub, SCUBA and snorkeling gear rinse tank, and two outdoor showers at your disposal. It’s all surrounded by a vibrant landscape of lush green lawns and tropical foliage. Among the many benefits of staying at this condo at Reef Residencias is you have access to the incredible rooftop observation deck. From here you have a bird’s eye view of the community and sparkling waters of the Caribbean—which become even more magical as the sun sets. When you’re ready for a change of pace, head to the main street of downtown Cozumel, a 15-minute drive away. Perfect location, fantastic accommodations, great service!

I love Cozumel and Casa Margarita

I love the location as it is close to the beach, clean with TV, DVD, Phone (To call US) and WiFi. Its very quiet, safe and also close to a couple of resorts so you can do things like Parasail and snorkel.
