Our villa has a modern open floor plan with spacious rooms. As you enter the living room the first thing you will notice is the unobstructed gorgeous ocean views. To your left is the dining room and gourmet kitchen separated by a granite island. The kitchen is fully equipped, it features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops. The guest suite is just off the dining room. You will notice the king bed, plenty of closets and sliding doors out onto a balcony that has stunning views of the inland lake, ocean and the Cancun skyline. The full bathroom is just outside the bedroom, it features a large walkin shower. When you enter the master suite you have those gorgeous unobstructed ocean views out onto the balcony, beautiful domed brick ceilings, the jacuzzi area shares the ocean view, it is surrounded by hand-cut Tikal tile. The ensuite bath connects the shower, toilet and jacuzzi areas. The king Sealy Posterpedic bed with high count linen will help you get a great night rest. This property has a backup generator, you will never be without power To help you have a great time on Isla Mujeres, we can assist you with planning your transfer from the airport to the ferry. Counting the days until I can return!!!

The location was perfect! Right in the middle of the island. it's not to far either direction. The condo was clean, the staff was awesome the bar and restaurant on the first floor had awesome food! We ate there for breakfast one day, then lunch...More

About the neighbourhood
Isla Mujeres is a small lsland 8 miles from Cancun. It's 41/2 miles long and about 1/2 mile wide.It is known for its great beaches,(Playa Norte is rated 1 of the top 10 beaches in the world), snorkeling, diving, sport fishing, outstanding Resturants and bars,The local people are a real treasure. Safe 24/7 Greg Norman golf course is a 25 min ride away. To get to the island you take a 25 min shuttle ride from the airport to the ferry (25.00 round trip). Then hop on the high speed Ultimar ferry for about 20 min, runs every 1/2 hour(10.00 round trip) you have arrived! Let the fun begin. Isla 33 has the east shore ocean walkway in front of the condo complex and a large park on the backside. Abs gym is a quick 8 min walk Chedraui is a 10 min walk away (comparable to a small WalMart)...
Getting around
A golf cart rental gives you the opportunity to enjoy all the island has to offer. Off street parking Easy to catch a taxi or have the concierge call one for you. 10 min max ride would get you anywhere on the island.
