The penthouse has a small but fully equipped kitchen, and laundry washer. Living and Dinning area. Two full bathrooms.
We have a luggage lift in the residence to help you to get your bags and groceries to your floor.
Guests have free and unlimited access to high speed wireless Internet.
TV with Netflix.
We provide bottle water, free house keeping twice the week, 1 beach towel per guest.
Beach chairs are available to borrow.

Guests may not invite people into their suites for entertaining/ accommodation. Only guests which are registered at booking.
One small dog is allowed , but must be advised to us at booking time. A fee of $40 is due for a pet, paid in cash on arrival or by PayPal prior to arrival.
Smoking is allowed only on the outdoor roof terrace, with glass doors to bedroom closed.
Pool hours are 10 am - 10 pm Minors accompanied by parent.
Quello che colpisce è senza dubbio la vista che si gode dal terrazzo, alzarsi al mattino e vedere il mare dal letto non ha prezzo; la pulizia è buona e se richiesta anche supplementare come gli asciugamani che ci sono stati più volte cambiati nelle due settimane di permanenza. Arredato con semplicità e gusto, l’appartamento è su due livelli, La tv è solo al piano sotto dove c’è il bagno con doccia, il salottino e l’angolo cottura . Gradita la connessione wi-fi e netflix. Joseph, il padrone di casa, era presente all’occorrenza. L’appartamento
si raggiunge solo con le scale ma per i bagagli e la spesa c’è un comodo montacarichi. In pochi minuti si è o in spiaggia o nella V avenida. Un consiglio costruttivo... nel cucinino non c’è aspirazione quindi per chi vuole mangiare spesso a casa la zona cottura andrebbe migliorata. L’unico neo , essendoci finestre molto sottili la sera e la notte si sentono molto i locali notturni nelle vicinanze e i suoi avventori non proprio silenziosi, ma anche questo è il Mexico!! non vediamo l’ora ti tornare.. grazie

Absolutely Perfect
My wife and I traveled to Playa for our 3rd wedding anniversary and loved the Plantation House. I have been many times over the years and have stayed at both resorts and private villas. Plantation House beats everything hands down. Yes it's not directly on the beach but it is filled with warmth, charm and fantastic ocean views. It feels like a local home. It's super clean, very romantic, right in the mix of things but very quiet and for us it made us feel like we were locals. Perfect! The greatest compliment I can give is that although Joe did his best to welcome us in person we never met him because everything was so spot on perfect we were to busy out and about enjoying ourselves. Oh and by the way the outside balcony private showers (there is indoor as well) are super amazing. Would recommend to all. :-)

Inspired by conscientious travellers as yourselves looking for an unpretentious, subtle accommodation you can call home within minutes of arriving.
I'm very happy meeting guests and making new friends. Of course, in respecting our guest's privacy, I won't interrupt with a knock on your door :) Hopefully we'll have another chance to meet.

Amazing!!!
Absolutely wonderful. No doubt about it. Looking forward to staying again in the future. Place has everything you need. Close to 5th ave and beach. View is great. Inside was clean. Can't wait to go back!

About the neighbourhood
We are in the heart of the tourist area of Playa. So you can easily walk to the beach or out for a bite or shopping. Its very safe here, I'vee been here over 20 years without any problems and none of our guests have ever had any safety issues in over 15 years of rentals.
