The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, surrounded by other condominiums, it's very close to 5th Avenue where you will find many restaurants, bars, convenience stores, pharmacies, markets, etc. This condo is close to all the action and the beach, but quiet at night so you can relax.

Modern, clean and comfortable!
We spent a wonderful 2 weeks in Playa del Carmen in March 2014! The Condo was modern and clean, esthetic and comfortable. The large pool, beautiful gardens and professional staff made our stay very pleasant. The location was perfect: 5-8 minutes walk from the beach, the famous 5th avenue and vast selection of restaurants and 15 minutes walk from the Mega grocery store. Special thanks to Tanya and Michele for being wonderful individuals, so focus on our needs .

Great Condo
My clients stayed at this condo from Jan 4-9, 2014 and absolutely fell in love. They kept ranting about the perfect location and beautiful decor. I even went to visit to use the Wifi. I would highly recommend this destination. Perfect for an amazing stay!

We loved it great vacations
We where in this apartment beginning of December and it was incredible.
The apartment was clean, fully equipped.
The pool area is amazing and for our 4 years old son it was great because he where able to make friends... It's luxurious but familiar.
Michele found us a great babysitter and we where able to go to the fifth avenue 1 block away for dinner me and my wife. We had an wonderful service.
I do recommend this condo to everyone who is thinking to visit Playa del Carmen...
