Casa Grande is fairly new and offers all the benefits of home. On site services include a complete kitchen, laundry facilities, free wifi, free vonage to call home, cable tv from both Mexico and canada or the US. Air conditioning in all the bedrooms plus the common areas allows you to control the temperature while you are sleeping or sitting around. Each of the four bedrooms has a full ensuite bath plus there is a 2 piece bath on the main level and another on the 2nd floor patio level. There is a lovely pool at the rear of the home to provide privacy while enjoying a cooling swim. The master bedroom has a large king size bed, two bedrooms each have queen size beds and the fourth bedroom has two trundle beds making room for four more people. Pasamos una semana excelente en Casa Grande, todo estuvo muy cómodo y limpio. Incluso pudimos ver animales propios de la región caminando por el patio. La atención de Mercedes y todo el staff de Playa Paradise fue de primer nivel, siempre atentos a cualquier situación. Esperamos regresar pronto...

Perfect place for the family
We where 10 persons staying at the house, ranging from 15 to 65. The house is spacious, very well maintained, each of the 4 bedrooms have it's own full bathroom, grate kitchen, a big table to dine with all the family, great leaving room to watch the world cup games! They have a few beach chairs and umbrellas and even a cooler They have a nice swimming pool, but with the beach a few steps, we did not used it... Everything is near, the beach is just a few steps away, 5th ave. is 15 min walking, as well as the peer to Cozumel, you have a nice mall at the entrance of playacar The wifi it is good on the first floor, 2nd not that much, but one of the room has an ocean view, you do not need it that much Everyone loved the house

Awesome!!, we enjoyed every minute as a family.
This house is REALLY close to the beach with out the price to be a beach front and has an amazing view, you can hear the ocean form inside the house, we were 8 and had plenty of space, we had some issues with the maintenance (AC, cable) but it was attended really quick, 5th Ave is just minutes walking, a suggestion, book more than just 5 or 7 days, you will love it!

If you're driving from Cancun International Airport to Playa, take Highway 307 south towards Tulum for roughly 45 minutes onto the downtown over-pass; Take the exit Av. Benito Juarez and turn left onto. Travel east towards the sea to 15th Avenue and make a right, proceed to the end, make a right then the next left (10th Avenue). The next right turn will be your entrance to Playacar Phase 1, the small entrance between "Plaza Antigua" shopping mall and "Paseo del Carmen on your right. .
