The fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor terrace are accessible from the dining area, which seats eight persons. A staircase leads to a rooftop terrace. Across the gallery overlooking the ground level living room, a second master bedroom includes amenities similar to the one downstairs.
We really enjoyed our stay at Villa La Perla Blanca and securing this rental was seamless.
Plenty of room at the house. Perfect location. Close to dining and a short walk to the beach. Sergio, our house host, helped us schedule some great tours for our group. We felt very safe in the gated community.

Perfect stay at Villa la Perla Blanca!
We had a BEAUTIFUL 10 day stay at Villa La Perla Blanca! Words can’t describe the level of excellence of the staff and the beauty of the house but here it goes! Even before we left, the contact had with Giorgio, the home’s owner, was courteous and professional. He answered all of my questions. I then had contact with his house manager, Sergio, prior to arriving, and I was able to pre-order groceries and drinks. Upon our arrival at Cancun International Airport, Jorge (who is hired by the Villa), was promptly there to pick all 8 of up to take us to the house. We arrived at this gorgeous gated community to a stunning home. There are 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor and one bedroom upstairs, which is where the dining and 2nd living room is situated. We all chose our rooms and then it was time to relax! The backyard/pool area was extremely relaxing and although we had neighbors on both sides, we hardly noticed. The home is equipped with everything you need (kitchen utensils, beach/pool towels, grill) and we didn’t need anything. It is very apparent Giorgio takes great care of the home and his staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They were just a phone call/whatsapp away. Jorge’s transportation was also available to us and his other driver, Ramiro, took us on a day trip to Tulum and the cenotes. Sergio arranged a day trip on a catamaran to Isla Mujeres and was always there for any recommendation we needed whether it be massages at the home or lunch/dinner ideas. He was even kind enough to take us on a grocery trip to Walmart and Chedraui so we didn’t have to take a taxi. There is a chef that is available to cook for you at the home. Her meals are presented beautifully and professionally while she explains what each dish is. I highly recommend you enjoy her culinary talents, at least once, while you stay at this home. Another nice thing is the Villa is a quick 5-7 walk from the main avenue, which is 5th Avenue. Lots of cool shopping and fun restaurants will pop up on your stroll on 5th Avenue. Security is also very strict in this subdivision. Even walking, I had to show my ID to come back in and I had to let them know where we were staying - felt very, very safe there. There was a beautiful golf course walking distance from the house and my sister took advantage of this and went to the driving range I can’t say enough about how perfect this vacation was. We can’t wait to return to Villa La Perla Blanca and I am recommending this home to all of my family and friends. It was an experience I truly enjoyed and hope to enjoy again, in the near future! Perfect house for big group
We had a group of 12 and the House was the perfect size and had the perfect amenities for us. It was right on the main road once you enter Playacar from 10th ave so it was a close walk to town and even closer walk to the beach. Had all the beach equipment the group needed and a cooler. The pool area was amazing with plenty of space to hang out. There’s an open lot on one side of the house so it was nice knowing we didn’t have to worry about disturbing at least one of the neighbors if we were outside. Each room had its own bathroom and AC so everybody slept comfortably.
Giorgio was very responsive leading up to our trip and so was Sergio once we got there. Giorgio/Sergio even let us check out late on our last day since a lot of us had later flights, so that was super convenient. Can’t thank them both enough.
Great house, really was one of the highlights of our trip, can’t recommend it enough.

Beautiful Villa- Exceeded All Expectations
This Villa is perfect for a relaxing vacation. The Villa is tastefully decorated and very spacious, inside and out. It is clear that the owners take great pride in ownership. The Villa is maintained very well. The owner was prompt in answering any questions we had prior to arrival. The manager, Sergio, would check in with us every day to make sure that we had everything we needed. The Villa is a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 5-7 minute walk to the center of town. In addition to the pool in the back, there is also a larger pool with tennis courts nearby. Really, all you could ask for. This is our 4th time in the area and this Villa was definitely the best place we have stayed at. Highly recommend.

Paradise in Playa
This is the second time we've stayed at La Perla Blanca and it won't be the last. The house is perfect for a large family gathering or couples looking to enjoy a vacation together. Sergio and his team make sure your needs are met in every aspect. Ask about having Sergio's mom having a dinner prepared for you and your guest. Outstanding! The beach is within walking distance and so is downtown Playa del Carmen. We love it there! Can't wait until we have the opportunity to come back. I can't say enough about this wonderful house and beach. Far exceeds expectations and the pictures on the website don't do it justice. You must see it to believe it.

Just as promised-- the PERFECT vacation spot!
We had a large group -- 13-- with ages ranging from early teens to octogenarians, and Giorgio was SO accommodating. This beautiful home was perfect! Plenty of room to mingle and eat-- but plenty of room for privacy as well. When we first arrived, all of the children went from room to room taking pictures (presumably to make all their friends jealous)-- the website pictures are amazing, but the villa is breath-taking in person.
We were first-timers to this rental process. Giorgio was patient and helpful over the phone; he explained what we should bring, do, and expect. He even checked in with us the week before we left to help us make the travel plans easier. Sergio was attentive on site, as well. The meal his mother prepared was FABULOUS! His suggestions and locations for activities were economical and really FUN! The villa was well-maintained and stocked-- even shampoo, satellite channels, pans and plates, water, beach chairs, coolers, and safe ice!
It truly WAS within a short walking distance to shopping, food, a relaxing and private beach, Mayan ruins, and fantastic picture opportunities. We were able to do all the things my children and parents wanted: snorkeling at turtle beach at Akumal, Chichen-itza, Tulum, Xel-Ha ziplining and dolphin-swimming, scuba diving, deep-sea fishing, shopping, eating at incredible buffets and restaurants, and we had plenty of quality together time. Sergio even found a location for our church worship on Sunday. The house provided a safe and restful place for those less- interested in the adventures to relax and listen to the stories. Our extended family is SO grateful for the memories created here. This perfect house allowed us to truly enjoy our vacation on our own terms and time-schedule. Thank you for the opportunity to experience a heavenly vacation I will not have to spend more time recovering from!

Comfortable, convenient location, great service!
Giorgio was super helpful and quickly answered all of our questions.
Upon arrival to the house, we were greeted by Sergio. He gave us a full tour of the house, tips and advice on how to get around the area.
The house is beautiful and very clean. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt very safe. Any issues that arose with the house was immediately taken care of by Sergio.
The entrance to the beach is about 5-7 minutes walking distance. And Giorgio conveniently has a supply of towels and beach chipairs you can take with you to the beach.
We really enjoyed our stay. And I would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous!
My family of 12 have just returned from Villa la Perla Blanca and enjoyed ourselves immensely. The Villa is beautiful, very well kept and everything you need is there...right down to beach chairs, umbrellas and toys! Photos don't do it justice!
We used the beach (5min walk) and the Villa pool was great for the young kids to play around in. Community pool and tennis courts a few minutes walk.
We were welcomed warmly by Georgio and Sergio and any issues or questions during the week was dealt with quickly in the friendly Mexican way!
Have Sergio's mom cook you a meal and open the 2nd floor patio doors for wonderful breezes!

Gorgeous
I was amazed from the begging to the end. Giorgio responded quickly to any question or concerns I had. I rented this home for a family vacation, we had a total of 9 ppl. Everything you need is so close, you have shops, food, night clubs, beach, cozumel ferry, tulum, and cancun.
We truly enjoyed our stay and enjoyed Playa del Carmen.

Beautiful!
Our family including 6 children and 6 adults stayed here for 7 days. The house is huge and it has all of the amenities you can possibly think off, it's also a couple of minutes away from the beach and 5ta avenida.
Overall all this gorgeous villa exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back.
