Our penthouse condo is located on Calle 42 between the famous 5th Avenue with its eclectic mix of shops, restaurants & clubs, and the white sandy beaches of the Caribbean. It has 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room - dining room, a full kitchen and a laundry room. We also have a security safe in each bedroom. We have a table and chairs on our roof deck where you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon Margarita. A fresh water swimming pool is located in the center courtyard and shared with condo owners and their guests.

In consideration of other guests, please keep the noise level low, especially after dark. No more than 6 persons are allowed in the condo at any one time. Please keep the condo clean & place garbage outside every day. Please turn off all lights and the a/c units when you leave the condo. Electricity is not included in the rent and is charged at the end of your stay at 4 pesos per KWH used. Please do not leave the stove unattended. No diving is allowed in the swimming pool. Have fun in Playa.

It was a very nice condo
It was a very nice condo.The fifth Avenue knew was right there it was two blocks away we had a very good time. The only thing bad for me was the third-floor and I'm 80 years old. But everything else was great. You can get a taxi back to the airport for $40.

Realmente nos sentimos muy comodos en el departamento. Nos encontramos con un ambiente limpio, amplio, luminoso y muy lindo decorado. Disponiamos de todas las comodidades para nuestra estadía. Tanto el encargado Noel, como el administrador Volker, siempre fueron muy atentos y dispuestos a brindar ayuda. Estamos muy agradecidos y conformes. Totalmente recomendable!!

El departamento esta muy bien, muy limpio, muy bien equipado y consta del aire acondicionado. Ademas, podemos disfrutar de la piscina colectiva de la residencia. Buena ubicacion.

Location-Location-Location
Great location 2 minutes to the best beach in Playa & a block from 5th av.on the north end of town.The price can't be beat & the bedrooms beautiful. Will be the 1st place I check on availability next trip to Playa

About the neighbourhood
Our penthouse condo is located Calle 42 between the famous 5th Avenue with its eclectic mix of shops, restaurants and clubs, and the white sandy beaches of the Caribbean Sea. From our condo you can walk to several restaurants such as Cueva del Cango for breakfast in their outdoor garden, El Pirata at lunchtime for their delicious fresh seafood and El Local for Argentinian grill. You can also walk to Soriana, Mega or Walmart for your groceries and if you happen to buy too many groceries, taxis around town are only about $3 to $4 USD.
Getting around
Playa del Carmen has hundreds of Taxis and they are relatively cheap within the city. Please negotiate price with driver before you get into Taxi. City buses run along 30th Avenue and they cost less than $1 USD. You can take the Collectivo (a mini bus) to Akumal and Tulum. ADO buses are very comfortable and they leave for the airport and Cancun about every 20 minutes during the day. Fare to the airport is about 200 pesos per person.

How to get there
You can get to our condo from Cancun International Airport via ADO bus, taxi or car rental. Our property manager can also pick you up at the airport. Please let us know if you are interested in using his services and we will forward you his email address. Covered parking is available at our condominium complex. Lomas Mariposa & our condo are located on Calle 42 between 1st and 5th Avenues. It is a white 3 storey building with blue balconies. Please let us know if you require directions to our condo. Also, please let us know your estimated time of arrival so that Volker, our property manager, is available to welcome you to our condo. His is available on WHATSAPP.
