The turquoise water and sandy beach are steps away from your front door,(10 steps to be exact). This secluded bay is teeming with a lively array of tropical fish: angel fish of all shapes and colors, bright blue parrot fish, turtles, manta rays, eagle rays, turtles which hang out right in front of the house. In short, the snorkeling is world class. and the water always swimmable. You can take a kayak out to the reef, and snorkel to your hearts content.
The reef serves as a barrier ensuring tranquil water for swimming, snorkeling and kayaking. Perfect for little ones, and seniors alike.
Punta Soliman is located 10 minutes from the pueblo (town) of Tulum, and 5 minutes from Xcacel turtle sanctuary, and fantastic cenotes (fresh water natural swimming pools, and caves).
It is a low density residential development with all of its nature preserved.. .. beautiful mature palm trees..and great bird watching. You can see herons, spoonbills, storks, hawks, tucans, parrots.. and many other friendly little birds. We also have abundant wildlife.. that comes out to play at night like hermit crabs and raccoons.
Favorite activities of ours include stargazing from our 2 rooftop private terraces, sipping an insanely cold cerveza (or margarita) in the hammocks by the beach , skinny dipping, sunbathing in the buff (Private ), hiking to nearby cenotes, and kayaking out to the reef. This is a truly wonderful , intimate little hidden gem of a vacation spot, in the Mayan Riviera. More than 5 guests, lets talk.
Please note, this home is a rustic self-service home. We will happily set you up until you can shop for your essentials, but are not responsible to refill things.

We stayed at Las Brisas on Soliman Bay. There are many positives about this place. First the whole property and beachfront is private. Most places rent out 2-3 places in one property and unless you have multiple families or friends traveling together, you have to...More
Just an amazing place and location. The house sits on Tankah Bay and our group would just go into the bay put on a snorkel and see tons of fish. Even better than that is Manatee Cenote across the street. I went swimming and scuba...More
