This property is right on the water. You can sit on your private balcony and watch the sunset over the water or within a few steps walk down to the water and relax. It is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, night life and grocery stores. The night club which was noisy is no longer an issue. It is located in the Hotel Marina Terra complex behind a security gate. The community in which it is located has golfing, art, pickle ball, bridge playing groups, fishing, kayaking, whale watching, dolphin swimming, dancing and something to do every night. The kitchen is a cooks delight.

Clean, well-equipped and convenient
This is a great condo, well-located right at the San Carlos marina. The king bed is very comfortable, the kitchen very well-outfitted for a rental, and the space is clean and comfortable. The views of the marina and mountains is stunning. The MarinaTerra complex is secured and well-cared for, and there's a handy lemon tree right outside the door! Walking distance to grocery stores, several restaurants and bars.... which brings me to the one down side. Weekend nights there are partiers and music, people having a wonderfully good time... but if it doesn't amuse you, you'll need to close the balcony door and windows, and possibly turn on the A/C. Part of the package as far as we are concerned, but good to know in advance.

Great place!! Clean! Nice! View!Location!
Went from Phoenix for along weekend. I will be back!! Great spot! Lots to do within walking distance, Very clean and nice resort with all amenities, No Uber and taxi are difficult to come by. The good news is you can walk anyplace!

Beautiful condo!
The condo was so clean and very pretty! Beautiful painting in the bedroom and amazing balcony views to enjoy. Close to all the shops and restaurants. Definitely will be coming back in the future.

Great Vibe and Experience!
We were very happy with our accommodations!. Great location and very comfortable. The owner has a great property manager who was a great asset and very helpful! Loved that what they said was there was! Plus great wifi. A good bed and pillows which you forget how important that is until you lay down! All in all a great experience and introduction to San Carlos!

From Hermosillo airport you can take a shuttle to the central bus station and catch a bus to Guaymas. The cost is approximately $15 USD. From Guaymas you have two options, the first is to take a taxi for approximately $10 USD or take a bus .50c. This is a gated complex located next to the Marina Terra Hotel. We can also arrange airport transportation. Private car cost is 100USD approximately
