The house has the necessary amenities to stay a few days without having to leave, it has a cellular signal the house is designed for people who prefer absolute privacy. It is a tropical and hot place most of the year feels warm in the area although the house is quite cool for the place. There is no hot water to bathe only water at room temperature that sometimes oscillates between 26 to 30 centigrade, in the beds there are pavilions and in the house there are no mosquito nets. The house has access to the public transport of the port and is a few minutes from the nearby beaches as well as one hour from the airport of Puerto Escondido and also from the Huatulco airport.More

Getting around
If arriving by car has parking inside the house and if you want to walk to explore the harbor they can do is just ten minutes walk the pier and the main beach at all times passing taxis from the port, near the house and ten minutes are taxis to take them to the nearest beaches.
