We were at the Inn for 3 nights. The facility was outstanding, lication great.
The staff were all professional and accommodating.
We ate at Timberwood and Legends and both meals were gret.
Our mini suite was clean, well equipped and nicely decorated.
Would definitely stay here again

Reservation process
Going thru a 3rd party was not a smooth one. Took lots of talking and coordination at the last minute as hotel did not have our reservation when we called 2 confirm our arrival. Was very stressful.

Pictures are deceiving
The pictures on vrbo were of a different room, not the one we got. I could have long jumped across our room. The shower head was too short for my girl friend, who is 5'5". The place is built for Hobbits. The elevator didn't work. They offered us a room upgrade for $90 a night. The room was freezing when we arrived and then turned into a sauna after 7 hours. No happy medium. The window didn't work to get fresh air. The pool and hot tub area were nice.
