The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils needed to cook your gourmet meals from the local grocery. We provide tee, instant coffee, sugar and creamer. Private huge enclosed backyard. Perfect for families, attending a wedding event, ceremony events, business professionals, conference visits, aviation professionals, transitions, short-term accommodation for renovations, work terms, or emigration to Calgary! //Guest access - The upper level of the home is entirely for you to use. - The laundry facility is located in the basement. - The lower level is occupied and no access is permitted except for laundry room. - The garage is also not part of the listing. But you can park on the long driveway to the side of the house or free on street. - Pets are allowed in the home. But please let me know what pet you will bring 'Before' booking. The Pet fee is $15/night. Or $75 for stays less than 5 nights. //Interaction with guests We are always available via phone, text, or email. We will give you specific instructions before arrival on the check in procedures. //The neighbourhood Quiet neighborhood in a residential area close to downtown and all the amenities. Streets have lush trees and nice landscaping. The neighbourhood is beautiful and safe. //Getting around This house is in the Car2Go zone; a trip DT costs a mere $7!
