About the neighbourhood
Oliver is a quiet area, that is very central! It is quiet, and tree-lined, yet all of the downtown sites are within a short walking distance.

There are lots of great restaurants, cafes, and nightspots nearby! A few suggestions are Normand's for brunch, lots of great spots on 124 St. like Cococo for hot chocolate, or the Duchess Bakery (highly recommended) further North on 124 St.. I would recommend Cibo for Italian food, and there are also several high-end restaurants nearby like Rge Rd and the acclaimed Corso 32.
Getting around
Most of the best sites of downtown are within walking distance!

The condo is just off Jasper Ave., with restaurants, cafes and nightspots, as well as bus routes to get you most anywhere that you would want to be. There is even a nearby express bus to West Edmonton mall. Corona station and Grandin station, for catching the LRT, are only a short walk or you could catch a short bus ride to Corona station.

It is easy to get here by driving, as the condo is located just off Jasper Ave.!

I will provide my parking spot, to allow for those who are driving to park here, without paying the lofty parking prices for this area!

The condo is also easily accessible by public transport! From the airport, catch the 727 bus to the Century Park LRT station - it is the only stop that the bus makes after leaving the airport.

From the Century Park LRT station, take the LRT to Corona Station. From Corona station, you can either walk to the condo by walking Westbound on Jasper Ave., or catch any Westbound bus from across Jasper Ave. from Corona Station to 114 St. When you arrive at Jasper and 114 St., the condo is just North of Jasper Ave. on 114 St!
