Imagine an apartment with no attached neighbors - this is it! This laneway home is above a detached garage so you can drive into the single garage and enter the suite without worrying about the snow in the winter. The suite is fully equipped with a full kitchen, laundry machines and all linens. Grocery stores are nearby and uber works well in the area. West Edmonton Mall is within a 10 minute drive and River Cree is close by as well. The area is called Rosenthal which has a spray park and nice walking trails. Ignore the map on google as it gives the wrong location since this property is brand new! No parties are allowed. Guests should take shoes off before going up the stairs. There is a flight of stairs to get up to the suite there is no child proofing. No pets are allowed and yard is only for the house. Guests are asked to start the sheets and towels in the wash and to start the dishwasher before checkout. If you are staying over a Monday night, garbage and recycle can be put out in the alley by 7am on Tuesday morning or the night before as long as in bins.

Good location on the edge of Edmonton. Well-equipped suite with two good-sized bedrooms, laundry, great kitchen, and lots of storage. I really enjoyed my stay and had no issues with access. The garage was an amazing feature. I wish I could have stayed longer. :)

We had the best stay here while visiting Edmonton! The location was easy to find, clean, comfortable and perfect for our stay! Highly recommend the suite and would stay again! Thanks for being so easy to work with!!

About the neighbourhood
The west end of Edmonton is very popular due to West Edmonton Mall. There is easy access across the city on both Whitemud, Yellowhead and Anthony Henday.
Getting around
Bus service runs only at peak hours on weekdays so a car is best. Uber does also work well though although you do have to explain that they need to go to the back alley to access the suite.
