On a quiet no-thru street in Penticton's West Bench, this home sits on a large, flat .8 acre lot with a spectacular nature feel. The residence features a main floor with spacious rooms including the kitchen family room with mountain views to the south which may be enjoyed from the large outdoor living/dining patio; main living room with a wood fireplace, office and large master suite accessing a private patio. There are three bedrooms and a family room a couple steps above the main. Lower level features another large finished space for games and a queen bedroom. Finishing's throughout are warm and tasteful. Only a 3 minute drive to South Okanagan Events Centre.
