Bathroom amenities, towels, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are provided. The bedrooms have personal audio system alarm clocks (docks for ipod or iphone) and LED lighting for comfortable night time reading. There is a large flex room converted to an office space with a custom built desk and shelving. The wrap around balcony has two seating areas with comfortable deck furniture and a stainless steel webber gas barbeque. Enjoy the morning sun on the east side and gorgeous sunsets on the west. The living room has a leather couch and two unique swivel chairs that fold into a chaise for relaxing or twin beds for sleeping. Original artwork from artist Andrea Olund highlights each room. The unit is equipped with a 47' 3D Smart TV Blu-ray Disc/DVD player (including movies and 4 3D glasses), fibre optic high speed Internet, and a compendium of modern appliances (blender, wok, toaster, kettle, rice cooker, tassimo coffee maker etc) for the imaginative cook. There is convenient in-suite laundry, a fitness center, and an interior courtyard with a children's playground. Guests have private access to Club Millennium, which includes an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna/steam room. Underground parking is provided for one vehicle. The condo is situated beside 6 acres of green space and a waterfront urban plaza abound with local eateries, grocery stores, and shopping venues. It is just steps from the Creekside Community Centre, Science World, Roger's Arena, BC Place, Edgewater Casino, the Sea Wall, Granville Island, downtown Vancouver and public transportation by bus, skytrain or seabus.
