This is a smoke-free home, outside is fine and no pets allowed. No Bachelor, Bachelorette Parties or Baseball teams at all. We DO accept Family parties, Anniversaries and even Weddings, we encourage this as it is all about Family. If your intentions are for a disruptive party, you will be asked to leave and there will not be any sort of refund. Thank you for understanding, we want your stay to be fun! Mark and Monica.

About the neighbourhood
The area along River Road is very unique. The houses date back as far as the mid-1800’s. This house was originally built in 1910 with a large addition completed in 2010. It is over 3,200 Sq. /Ft with 1,700 Sq. /Ft on the upper floor just for you. The cottage rental is located on the upper level. very unique and beautiful homes with a million dollar view not able to be captured anywhere else in Niagara. Walk to the attractions or bus, taxi or bicycle it. But only the walk gives you the true sense of the character of the homes and the astounding Niagara Gorge view. Close to the Rainbow and Whirlpool bridges which can actually be seen from the house. The Queenston/Lewiston bridge is only 5 minutes up the road. The QEW and 420 are also very close and easy to reach. Parking for 2 cars and a third on an angle.
Getting around
-The Bus system is called 'WeGo' and has several routes. the fare is a 24-hour ticket with as many on and off's as you wish. -Taxi's -Uber and Lift. -Car, of course, can get you all over but parking is a cost. -walking is easily done. -Bicycles are a good way to get around as well.
