A quaint bed and breakfast built in 1892, located in the older, quieter Downtown area of Niagara Falls. I followed my dream and established this historic home into a B&B in 1987. ( I live in a separate section of the house, so that you have plenty of privacy in a nice safe haven ).

Our 2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom Fireplace Suite ( 2 Private adjoining rooms )
(19.8'x13.5') is perfect for a vacation with the family or that special honeymoon. Dream your night away in our large King size bed or easily separate it into two twin size beds. This romantic suite includes an en-suite 4-piece bathroom, sitting area with tranquil gas fireplace, 32 TV, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, ceiling fan, air conditioner, and a private deck and entrance.
The adjoining smaller room (8.11'x9.0') is ideal for a family getaway with a cozy pillow top queen size bed and large en-suite 3-piece bathroom. The room also includes a TV, ceiling fan and air conditioner allowing your children to feel comfortable and safe.

* Both bathrooms have Towels, liquid soap, shampoo, body wash, hair dryer and iron.

The suite allows up to 4 people with the privacy of their own rooms. Relax in a hot bubble bath or snuggle by the fireplace with a glass of wine.
With the Private Deck, you can enjoy the fresh air and a stunning view of the Niagara Gorge.
Your host Andrea would be more than happy to serve breakfast in your Suite at your request!

Enjoy a different breakfast buffet each morning while you relax in the luminous front porch, garden patio in the summer or in the dining area by the warm and toasty gas fireplace in the winter months.

Quaint B&B in perfect location

We stayed here overnight on a visit to Niagara Falls. Cute place right off of River Rd. About a 20 minute walk to Falls. Andrea is a very gracious host and her breakfast was wonderful. Private entrance is located up a number of stairs. Chairs...More

B&B is located between the Rainbow and Whirlpool Bridges just one house up from the River Road ( Niagara Parkway ).
From Train Station : Turn left (East) on Bridge Street to River Road. Turn Right (South)about 5 blocks to Simcoe Street. Andrea's B&B is one house up on the left.
From Rainbow Bridge: Take the First Exit to your right ( Do not follow Hwy 420 ) as soon as you get off the Bridge . Turn right on Hiram and left onto River Road Follow the River Road about 9 blocks and turn left onto Simcoe Street.
From Toronto : Follow the QEW to 405 and then exit onto Stanley Ave. Turn right onto Stanley and then left onto Whirlpool Road just before you cross the Train Track. Turn right onto River Road and go one block and then right on Simcoe.
