Our home is located in Princess Gardens, a friendly and safe neighborhood with plenty of space, trees and parks. We are close to the Airport (8 mins by car/24 mins by bus). 24 hr Metro supermarket, bus stops, shops, banks and other conveniences are all within 3 mins walk. You will have separate entrance to the spacious, newly renovated 2 bedroom suites on the ground floor of our home. You will have direct access to our backyard! NOTE: If you do not follow the above rules we may decide to terminate your reservation with immediate effect and in that case we will not be able to provide you a refund of the fees paid. - May not be suitable for children below 12 yrs (please contact us if your child is traveling with you) - Please take care of your belongings and safety. We will not be responsible in case of losses, injuries or accidents - Please treat the space as nicely as you would your own home - Please kindly keep the place clean and do not wear outside shoes indoors - Please remember to turn electricity and lights off, close the windows and lock the door when you leave - In case of emergencies, we reserve the right to enter the rented space.
