Within the great room you will find a well-equipped kitchen with induction cooktop, high-end stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and a large island. The great room also features an attractive leather sectional with lounger and a beautifully carved solid wood dining room set with seating for eight. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed positioned to take advantage of the beautiful ocean view. Lie in bed at night and marvel at the countless stars in the sky…wake up in the morning to a spectacular ocean vista. With its huge walk in rain shower, floor to ceiling tiles, indirect vanity lighting and upgraded fixtures the master ensuite has everything you need to pamper yourself and feel your best. The main bathroom is stunning with pebble tile work, an inviting soaker tub and separate rain shower. Two generously sized and tastefully decorated guest bedrooms, the Ocean view room with its own patio doors to the outdoors and the Mountain View room, both with queen size beds, provide the perfect space for family and friends. The indoors flow seamlessly to the spacious outdoor living area that includes a refreshing salt-water pool, covered BBQ area, custom cool-to-the-touch deck tiles and spacious rancho with comfortable lounging and dining areas. Cool down in the pool, rinse off in the outdoor shower then sit back to enjoy a glass of wine while you take in a gorgeous sunset over the Pacific coast. The beautifully landscaped gardens feature palm trees, many flowering plants and fruit trees, custom made modern style pots and a greenhouse style garden with herbs and spices ready for the picking. Villa Paraiso includes a laundry room with high-end washer and dryer. LED lighting and high efficiency ceiling fans throughout the house to provide great comfort and ambience. The house is cooled by air conditioners throughout but is designed to capture the pure ocean breezes during the day and refreshing mountain breezes at night. With a fabulous ocean view looking out towards Cańo Island and the Sierpe river as well as mountain views to take your breath away, this gorgeous casa is located in the relaxing and quiet community of Chontales.
