Our house, Directoire period, in Tuffeau stone, typical of the Touraine region, welcomes you in great comfort. Located 8kms from Tours, it is in a green environment which you can fully enjoy. It has a large kitchen, utility room, large living room with fireplace and billiards, library, dining room, bar, 5 bedrooms each one for 2 people, 2 bathrooms, 2 shower rooms, 3 WCs, 2 of which are independent . You can have lunch in the sun on the terrace or have a coffee in the heart of the garden. The garden, 1ha, landscaped, accommodates 1 heated swimming pool from May to September (12x5m), 1 tennis court (hard surface), 1 ping-pong table, gravel alleys to play pétanque, deckchairs to relax .
