The barn is located in Nespoulieres, a hamlet in the heart of the Aveyron (Dept 12) in South-West France. Here you
can experience the peace and tranquillity of this stunningly beautiful and unspoiled region of France
at your leisure. No traffic jambs, no crowds. Just cows, panoramic views, good food and a warm

The property has been restored and converted from a derelict barn into a spacious and comfortable second home.
It will sleep 6 people comfortably in 3 double bedrooms, with a sofa bed on the mezzanine for
another one individual—or 2 close friends.

One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. There is a second bathroom with a bath/shower and a separate toilet on the lower level with a shower come toilet on the upper level..

A very relaxing stay, beautifully finished conversion and very comfortable for 6 people to stay, with lovely views over the valleys, and having the Swimming Pool was lovely after a hot day to chill out in.

About the neighbourhood
Cransac is famous throughout France for its Thermal station ( http://www.cransac.fr/thermalisme.html ), in the 1800's thousands of peaople visited the health spa each year due to the reputed healing properties of the water, including royalty!!
Today, the spa offers many treatments and is still frequented by clients the length and breadth of the country.


Aubin, once a thriving market town boasting over 40'000 inhabitants, is now a sleepy French village with just 4'000 people residing, most having left when the coal mines were closed in the 60's. The old town, where you will find a good restaurant (see link below) still attracts many visitors each summer and the Mining Museum (opposite 'Le Marie' is busy from May until October...
