An attractively furnished (inside and out) detached 2 bedroom/2 bathroom Villa on the stunning La Torre Golf Resort - with air conditioning available in the main lounge & both bedrooms. The villa is situated only a few minutes’ walk from the resort's bars, restaurants, golf club, hotel, supermarket, communal swimming pools and play parks. The villa has a swimming pool in its garden – with a fence that can be erected if desired. There is a covered outside seating/dining area, and a fully tiled back garden with comfortable seating and sun-loungers. The sun can also be enjoyed until sunset on the expansive sun terrace. The sun terrace has a furnished lounge area, & a further furnished dining area. 2 parasols, a gas bbq and a charcoal bbq are also available. The villa is well-appointed inside, and has free high speed fibre WiFi, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, filter coffee machine, 2x leather sofas, lcd smart tv with a soundbar & sky/British channels in the living room & a dining table with 6 chairs. The bedrooms can be converted to twins or doubles as required. Both bedrooms have 32" lcd smart TVs. The villa has been set up as a ‘second-home’ and this can be seen in the quality of furnishings and equipment. La Torre Golf Resort is a stunning, very well maintained and secure resort with tree lined avenues. It has quality bars and restaurants on site along with other amenities that include large communal swimming pools, tennis courts, padel tennis courts, outdoor table tennis tables, and a supermarket. In addition, amenities at the hotel include a fully equipped gym, heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, sauna, steam bath, and a wellness area (plus a further 2 restaurants and bar within the hotel). La Torre Golf Resort is in an ideal location 20 minutes from Corvera (Murcia Regional) Airport and 60 minutes from Alicante Airport. The road infrastructure in the Murcia region is modern and extremely easy to navigate. The tranquil Mar Menor, with over 10km of beautiful beaches and its beachside towns/ villages is only 20 minutes away & the beaches on the Mediterranean can be reached in 25 minutes. The historic but fashionable cities of Murcia and Cartagena are each around a 25 minute drive – although they have countless shops, bars, restaurants, and other amenities, they are both extremely pleasant and typically Spanish, with stunning architecture and attractive plazas. There are two water parks, many modern shopping centres and well over 20 golf courses within a 25- 30 minute drive, as well as numerous local markets, bars and restaurants. La Torre has a beautiful Jack Nicklaus designed resort-type golf course with hundreds of palm trees, vast lakes, and aesthetically pleasing bunkers. It has various tee options that golfers of all abilities will find challenging and enjoyable. Due to it being reasonably flat, it is also one of the few courses in the area that can be enjoyed on foot, whatever the time of year. La Torre is one of the three courses that make up the GNK Golf Experience.
