Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain's premier holiday destinations. Town: Nestled next to Penzance, and although still a quaint village in its own right, Newlyn is actually the third largest fishing port in England, and an important Port of Refuge for all sea baring craft. It is unusual in that visitors can still watch the landing and auctioning of fish at the market, as many families have for centuries before. T

Beautiful, comfortable, well equipped cottage
What a beautiful cottage. It was much appreciated when we arrived to find teabags, milk in the fridge together with a packet of biscuits and vase of fresh flowers - what a great start! The cottage is in a great position with views over the pretty harbour. It is very well equipped with quality items. The beds are really comfortable with pure cotton bedding. The towels are great too. Everywhere is decorated to a high standard and is spotlessly clean. We didn't need it, but the log burner was laid ready for use with plenty of extra wood available. We were delighted with everything and will definitely be returning. Thank you.

A fantastic pet-friendly top quality house with outstanding views.
We were a family of 6 with an English Pointer and a Cavalier. The house was extremely clean and spacious with a wonderful view of Newlyn harbour, Penzance and St Michaels Mount. The quality of everything was of a high standard and lovely comfy beds. Near to lots of interesting places and beautiful walks.
