The apartment is on the ground floor within a beautiful 19th Century barn, (converted to a house in the early 1980's). It has a large bedroom with a king size bed, separate shower and kitchenette. It has it's own separate entrance.
This family home stands alone at the end of a picturesque lane, surrounded by Water Meadows. The garden is flanked by a fast-flowing unfenced river, which does mean the property is not suitable for young children.
Guests have sole use of a seating area on the deck beside the river, where breakfast can be eaten, or whilst enjoying an aperitif.
Lulworth Cove, Monkey World, The Tank Museum and the Purbeck coast are all 1 - 10 miles away.

Everything we needed, but would have liked washing facilities. Lovely dark bedroom for sleeping and nice and quiet. Pretty position. Nice welcoming basket.
Would recommend this place and friendly host.
We chose this charming accommodation in Wool because it was conveniently close to Athelhampton House, where we were attending a weekend event, and The Springfield Country Hotel where friends without dogs were staying.
Lovely comfortable apartment located on the rivers edge. Secluded other than being attached to the owners property.

Beautiful and peaceful setting with lots of dog walks from the front door and good pubs nearby. The accommodation is clean, beautifully decorated and a fabulous breakfast of fresh bread and cereals every morning. We had a lovely time.

I'm so sorry you were disturbed in the night. I hadn't realised the acoustics were so bad. I will make sure I do something about it as soon as possible.
Once you turn into my lane, after 100yds or so you'll come to a grass triangle. Keep to the left hand side of this, and continue down the lane. The tarmac runs out and becomes shingle. It bends sharply to the left, beside the river, and the house is at the end of the lane.
Please park on the left, allowing circulation of the drive.
The apartment door has obscure glass and is to the left of centre.
Please be aware that there is no street lighting in the lane, which is narrow and bumpy in places!
