The Sant' Agata Villas are built in a warm, rustic traditional stone, they are nestled in the beautiful Paliki peninsula with stunning views of the famous Xi beach and its sumptuous coastline. These unique villas are ideally located in Mantzavinata village one of the southernmost villages in Kefalonia. It forms part of the idyllic Ionian Islands where the famous Mantzavino Wine was produced. Mantzavinata has three churches and a small quaint town square called Lemonata. A fabulous wine festival is held each August in Mantzavinata. Absolutely stunning Villa, just returned from 2 weeks of this wonderful villa x in a village not far from lixouri, had two very large bedrooms with a large wet room shower and high standard bathroom & kitchen with full amenities. Pictures don’t do these villas...More

Fabulous, clean, tranquil

We were amazed at the warmest welcome ever. The villa was super clean and we felt very safe with all the protection in place for covid19. The villa was very well equipped with all modern kitchen appliances better than our own home. Everything is on...More
