Paradise Found in the French Wine Country
The most gorgeous chateau nestled on a hillside in the Saint-Emilion region! You will find yourself immersed in the beauty of surrounding vineyards and lovely cottages in this quaint area between Stain-Emilion and Pomerol. The chateau is filled with old world charm and that boasts gorgeous furnishings, with a bonus of a wine-cellar tied to the operating winery which adjoins the home. From the patio, the living and dining areas to the billiard room, enjoy every space offered. My personal favorite was being able to open the windows and hear the birds and the bells from the chapel in Saint-Emilion (which you can see from your bedroom window). Enjoy the restaurant, the amazing hospitality and a wine tasting and tour is a MUST. This Owner has taken the experience to next level -- and their efforts show true in the delightful wine. Don't miss this gem -- you won't want to leave. Our family was celebrating our daughter's engagement and it was the perfect finishing touch to our trip....forever special in our hearts. Thank you for your most gracious hospitality. We will most definitely be back.

Incredible Bordeaux Stay
Had an incredible time at Le Fleur de Bouard! Just got engaged to my fiance in Paris and had amazing stay at this Chateau. The hospitality was incredible and we can't wait to come back and enjoy another stay.

Beautiful Home located at Château La Fleur de Boüard Winery
This is a special home located on the property of the Château La Fleur de Boüard. We rented it so that we could explore the plentiful wineries in the area as well as the town of Saint Emilion.
There are three large bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms with plentiful windows overlooking the vineyard and pool. One of the bedrooms has a nice balcony with loungers which is great for drinking coffee or enjoying a glass of wine.
The main floor of the house is quite large and can handle a sizable group. It includes living spaces, billiard/snooker room, and a dining room. The kitchen is well equipped, and there is a laundry room as well. We opened up the large double glass windows that lead to a pretty courtyard and enjoyed the cool May evening.
There is a nice al fresco style restaurant on property, and if arranged in advance breakfast can be set up in the house for you. We also had dinner at the restaurant and the food and service were excellent. they of course have a great wine selection.
The winery itself is a gem. We made a reservation for a tour and tasting and highly recommend it. The team is passionate about sharing their processes and facilities (and wine) and do so without ego. Very enjoyable.
