A fantastic property and a great escape. Hosts were both very welcoming and accomodating. Kitchen had everything and more to be able to cook with. Very handy, given you are 50km+ away from supermarkets! Very pet friendly! Perfectly fenced large yard, certainly exhausted our dog and gave us peace of mind knowing he could explore without getting out.

What a wonderful, isolated location to view rollin...
What a wonderful, isolated location to view rolling hills, sunrise and stars and soak up the peace and quiet along with a stroll down to the Snowy River accessed directly on the property. The cottage is spacious, has a well-equipped kitchen and is even stocked with a good range of basic essentials. And the fenced yard is perfect for pets. Superb.

The condiments, cereal, fresh farm eggs, orange juice, etc and having the fire ready to go was sensational. As soon as you walk in to Kinross Cottage, you feel at home and instantly relaxed. The host thought of everything to make our stay hassle free. The cottage was spotless, the bed comfort and bedding amazing. The view, animals, the snowy River and Mt Kosciuszko not far away were just beautiful. Although the main homestead (gorgeous by the way)was only 300 metres from the cottage, the hosts never invaided our privacy. The fact we could take our beautiful fur human, was an added bonus. Best Stayz accommodation yet, we will stay again.

Absolutely Amazing
The cottage was even more amazing than the photos. Cheryl and Warren were so welcoming and accommodating. The views and attention to detail was absolutely breathtaking. We can’t wait to stay again.

Amazing time at Kinross Cottage
My family & I had a wonderful time staying here. A beautiful landscape, a quite place to relax as well. Our dog Daisy had such a blast running around & seeing different kinds of animals. We look forward to visiting again soon.

Peaceful idyllic break
My stay at Kinross Cottage was all that I wanted for me and my 2 dogs. It was peaceful, quiet, an opportunity to just sit and watch the weather unfold (each day was a little different). My dogs loved the front paddock to run in and to smell and explore. We got in some tracking and some scent work and just roaming the paddocks (and maybe barking at the alpacas, sheep and cows just a bit). Can highly recommend a visit

Amazing place
It was exactly as the pictures on the Stayz. In fact, it was more impressive seeing it oneself. Excellent place for a getaway from all. We loved the tranquility and solitude. Dogs loved the large fully fenced yard. And we all loved the walk to the river and back. I'll be back. :-)

Perfect space and vista
Kinross Cottage has such a relaxed feel due to the fit out and insulation in the cottage. The view is spectacular and ever changing with the weather and livestock coming and going.

Remarkable
Cheryl & Warren provide a truly memorable stay. Such warm and friendly hosts with a magnificent property. The views and vista's breathtaking as is the cottage which is so tastefully designed and furnished. Just fab.
