Simply Amazing! This newly built three story home boasts some of the best views in all of Playa Negra from every room. All the fine details have been thought about in this luxury home.
All three levels have patios with breathtaking views of the Pacific. This home also features central air conditioning through out.
The first story exterior features a beautiful infinity edge pool with large deck that makes a perfect setting for a sunset swim. An outdoor shower and bath complete this resort like setting.

Spectacular Week on the Ocean
I booked this house for a family trip in June. I know this review is late, but I had to make sure I got this review in. This house was perfection! The location was breath taking, the rooms were large and spotless, and the managers, Meaghan and Jarrod took care of everything! I am sure I sent them over 30 emails with questions about our trip and they answered every one of them or put me in touch with someone who could. They were in constant touch with me as I spent almost 1 year trying to get this trip of a lifetime planned for 19 members of my family. Every one of us loved it! The house and pool were even better than the pictures! The house was stocked with everything you might need; beach towels, sand chairs, games, laundry facilities, and more. It was so easy to move in and feel pampered for the entire week. Meaghan and Jarrod and all their hard work made that possible. We are hoping to visit again and have recommended this house to many families and friends
