This single level 3 bedroom / 2 bath home consists of unattached bedrooms, a large open air Rancho and Infinity edge swimming pool. The structures are connected by rock and stone pathways and surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and garden art. The simple rustic architecture offers a combination of open and enclosed spaces; it is designed with the ocean air and climate in mind, while offering quiet and privacy when desired. The 1 bedroom building consists of a 260 square-foot bedroom with air conditioning, ceiling fan, built-in queen bed and single bed, wooden closet and chest of drawers, and a full bath. The house phone is located in this one bedroom. Just outside this bedroom is a spacious 30 x 10 feet sitting area with steps down to the yard and built in BBQ, a large 12 x 16 feet open air dining area with ceiling fan, recessed lighting, and a large custom-made dining table. The fully equipped kitchen opens to the dining area, and can be closed off with wooden pull down shutters. The 1,350 square-foot 2 bedroom building offers a cozy outdoor seating area with ceramic fountain and spacious decks. One bedroom has a built-in king bed and a day bed; the other bedroom includes a built-in queen bed and day bed, as well as a free standing queen bed. The bedrooms are separated by a large shared full bath, and both have wide sliding glass doors which open out to the deck/sitting area. Situated in the center of the property, between the bedrooms, is the thatched-roof Rancho. The Rancho is a 400-square-foot outdoor living area, complete with wet bar and outdoor shower. The rear portion of the Rancho is sided with wooden lattice for privacy. It has built-in stucco benches with large cushions, and is perfect for spending a lazy afternoon around the pool or watching the sun set. The rancho joins to the infinity edge swimming pool with a step down deck. There are wooden loungers and chairs around the pool, great for relaxing and soaking in the spectacular ocean views. Amenities include: on site property management with Beach Grass Rentals who can assist with all aspects of your vacation including private pick up at airport, rental car brought to your house, grocery shopping, arranging tours, massages, points of interest, catered meals, in home chefs, special occasions, etc. All rates are subject to change until contract is signed.More

Incredible place. Well set up for simply relaxing or entertaining people. Easy access to the beach is a major plus. Mary was super helpful on all accounts. Would highly recommend the property to a wide array of folks.
