We had a lovely weekend away at Beach Haven. The house is a beautiful place to stay and perfect for large family getaways. The facilities are great and Julie was incredibly helpful proving personal insights and recommendations. I would thoroughly recommend it.

Stayed here over the recent bank holiday as a group of two families with 5 young children between us and a further two children visiting for the day. Children aged 7 down to 8 months. The property is perfect for two families with separate living, bathroom space etc and a beautiful larger dining/living dace to enjoy once the children are...

Myself and a group of friends stayed here on a weekend away from London, hoping for a good dose of fresh air and long walks on the beach. The weather may have conspired against us with gale force winds and torrential rain but the house provided the perfect escape from the elements. Spacious but cosy it offered us comfy bedrooms...

For the rental of Beach Haven, we would charge an additional refundable deposit of £300. We take bookings using BACS or Paypal. During high season, our changeover day is Friday and the minimum stay is 7 nights.

About the neighbourhood
Camber Sands is one of the best white sandy beaches on the South Coast, stretching for 2 ½ miles. In all Camber has 7 miles of Blue Flag award winning beach. It is perfect for building sandcastles and flying kites with all the family. The more adventurous can try some water sports. The beach offers the ideal place for taking a relaxing walk. Galloping horses are not an unusual sight in the winter months. During the summer, the horses have to have their exercise before 7am. The beach has dog-free zones in the summer months too. Endless hours of fun can be had by children simply playing in the sand dunes. The panoramic view from the top of the dunes is hard to beat and will hopefully give you a revitalizing sense of space.<BR>Windsurfing and kite surfing are amongst the water sports... more

How to get there
It's easy to get to Camber. Just over an hour's journey by car from the M25, via the A21 (exit at Flimwell) or via M20 and A2070. Camber is on the A259 between Hastings and Folkestone, and close to the Port of Dover and the Channel Tunnel terminal at Folkestone. <BR>Trains depart from London Charing Cross, calling at Waterloo East and London Bridge. <BR>Change at Ashford International for Rye.<BR>For details of taxi services contact Rye Tourist Information Centre, tel: 01797 226696<BR>amber is situated on the A259 between Hastings to the west and Folkestone to the east.<BR>Visit www.theaa.co.uk for a detailed route planner to Camber from your starting destination.<BR>
