Facilities for outside dining are further complemented by exterior lounge furniture. There are a further two swimming pools, children’s pool, paddle (short tennis court) and football court within the grounds and a lifeguard is on duty during the summer months. Hot and cold air conditioning in bedrooms, lounge and dining areas provides cooling during the summer months and heating during the cooler months providing an ambient year round temperature whilst inside the property. Although communal sun loungers and parasols are provided around the swimming pool further sun loungers are can be found in the apartment for your private use. Accommodation is apportioned as follows: BEDROOM 1 The air-conditioned master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, bedside tables, lamps, fitted wardrobes, safe, dressing table, hairdryer, iron, ironing board and has patio door access to the terrace. ENSUITE BATHROOM Fully equipped with shower over bath, vanity unit, toilet, bidet, travel sized toiletries, cotton wool pads, tissues and cotton buds. BEDROOM 2 The air-conditioned bedroom is equipped with twin beds, bedside table, lamp, fitted wardrobes and hairdryer. SHOWER ROOM Equipped with shower, vanity unit, toilet, travel sized toiletries, cotton wool pads, tissues and cotton buds. KITCHEN The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, blender and is further complimented by a Tassimo coffee machine. Welcome pack provided and included in the price. For your safety and comfort a fire extinguisher, fire blanket and smoke detector are also installed. From the minute that you book I will be on hand to assist you. Either myself or husband will meet you at the key collection point and personally hand you the keys to our apartment. We are local to the apartment and are on hand to during your stay in case of any problems. A full info folder is available at the apartment along with restaurant guide from not only ourselves but past guests. Various flyers or places to visit along the coast.

Gran Calahonda is located in a great area. Los Olivios commercial centre is less than a five minute walk from the apartment and El Zoco is a five minute walk from the apartment. Here you will find many bars restaurants as well as the local post office, chemist, banks and a supermarket. Five minutes walk to the local bus stops in both directions. Taxi rank is close by if you want to explore. Calahonda beach is less than 10 minutes walk away along with the new boardwalk.
Getting around
Fuengirola train station is approx 15 minutes drive from the apartment and the local bus stop in both directions are a five minute walk away.
