A group of 11 of us stayed here during Semana Santa, and we all had a great time! The villa was spacious enough for us all-- although, we did spend most of our time outside. The views from the rooms were incredible, and there were a few of us that would get up at 6am just to sit on the balcony and enjoy the sunrise. Everyone on the hotel grounds made sure we had a great stay (thank you Mario (jr. too!), Agustin, Jerry and Juan!) We made use of everything they had to offer. Jerry (the chef) cooked up great meals for all of us, and this is where we mainly ate. We took out the jet skis, kayaks and boats (they do charge, but the price is not bad compared to other cities that we've used boating equipment). My only wish would have been to have access to other places easier, since the hotel stands alone on the side of the mountain. However, it was very easy to zip over to the other pueblos on their boats, which was probably our favorite part of staying on the lake. I would definitely recommend taking a day to boat out to some of the other pueblos. Our favorites were San Pedro, San Marcos and Santiago.
Overall, the grounds were very well maintained. Wifi worked great in the areas that it lists, food was great, and service was spectacular.
