Bright and Sunny one bedroom first floor apartment with a lovely west facing good sized balcony overlooking a beautiful Petit Marina. It sleeps 2-4 people with a travel cot at your disposal if required. The bedroom has one double bed and bedside drawers and is very fresh and bright. The bathroom has a 3/4 bath, shower, sink and cupboards and the toilet is situated in a seperate room. The hallway has a big walkin wardrobe and a further smaller wardrobe. The lounge has a CD player, Monitor with DVD player, chest of drawers, 4 seater dining table, with a very new and comfortable Sofa Bed, easy chair and a ceiling fan. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a new cooker, 4 ring hob, toaster, Kettle, Microwave , new Fridge and utensils. The apartment is located a 12 minute stroll from 6km of sandy beach and 5 mins stroll from beautiful sports stade with pool,17 tennis courts, 4 indoor courts, squash, badmington, gym, cafe lovely palm tree gardens with water falls and restaurant with free no password WiFi Internet. Small dogs are allowed at a premium of 7 euros a night. (No Cats). If possible they are to be kept out on the balcony as much as possible, they are not allowed in the main bedroom or bathroom. The apartment is suitable for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (Sofa Bed). There is baby /small infant travel cot available - Please bring your own linen for this. The baby or infant count as the 4th person. Recycle bins can be found across from the main marina & Refuse bins by the car park entrance

About the neighbourhood
Next to our Petite Marina sits the peaceful Les Capellens which houses a Tabac, hairdressers, beauty therapist, patisserie, small fresh fruit and veg grocers, 3 delightful restaurants. Here you can take a lovely trip by the boat taxi into St Cyprien Harbour or catch the bus into one of the many villages / Towns and the city of Perpignan. Just 10mins stroll away sits a small aqua park and horse riding stables. The main harbour of Saint Cyprien is a 15 min tree lined stroll away and has many lovely shops and restaurants serving delicious french cuisine. Here you can also hire cars, rent boats, snorkeling and diving equipment etc.
Getting around
There is a bus stop 5 minutes walk away by the roundabout at Capallens Commercial. The bus travels around Saint Cyprien plage, Village and heads into Perpignan. In the summer months there are 8 buses per day and in the winter 4 buses per day. They only cost 1 euro for a 2 hour journey. In the summer months there is a small motored train that travels around Saint Cyprien plage and village. You will find bike lanes all over Saint Cyprien and nearby towns.
