Holiday Rental House
This house has unlimited hot water for those snow seasons. When everyone comes back from the slopes at one time and everyone needs to shower this house can provide that without interruption. Hot tub on the back deck to relax after a long day. From the large sun deck, complete with patio furniture, you can gaze at the beautiful tree covered mountains and admire the beautiful golf course. This tri-level house comfortably sleeps 12 in three bedrooms and a loft. In the kitchen, there are two slow cookers, a blender, a drip coffee maker and a keurig coffee maker. There are also several K-cup in the pantry which you are welcome to use. As far as the beds, Master bedroom - 1 king Second bedroom - 2 queen beds Upstairs bedroom - 1 queen and 1 bunk bed (queen and twin) Loft - Three twins. There is also a full size crib with sheets and two pack and play's available. The linen is included and there are towels inside the residence as well. The master bedroom has its own walk-in closet, full bath, and sliding glass door with access to the sun deck. There are large couches, plenty of blankets and pillows, outdoor charcoal grill, two fireplaces, and horse shoe pit. There is a 60' LCD television in the main living area and 55' LCD television in the upstairs living room. Both televisions have cable and the upstairs TV has an Xbox 360, Sony Playstation 2, apple TV for access to Netflix and Hulu and a movie library of over 1,000 movies. There is a ping pong table and foosball table in the garage. Winter Activities: The house is a short 15 minute drive from all major South Lake Tahoe Ski Resorts (Heavenly, Sierra-at-Tahoe, and Kirkwood) and Casinos (Harvey's, Monte Bleu, Harah's, and the Hard Rock). Also, snowmobiling and snow parks for sledding are only minutes away. House also has a instant hot water heater, which means no matter how many guests come home from skiiing there will be hot water for everyone for as long as needed. Summer Activities: Lake Tahoe offer endless water activities. We are within walking distance of the Upper Truckee River, which runs throughout the golf course. Also, nearby are the amazing Horse Tail Falls. We are members of the South Lake Tahoe Association which offers a recreational club house, including a private lake, waiting pool, tennis courts, video games, rafting, play structures, etc. Other activities: fishing, hiking, water-skiing, shopping, boating, golfing (Edgewood, South Lake Tahoe Golf Course, etc.) miniature golf, the best Fourth of July fireworks anywhere, and much more. Guest Access Guest have access to everything in the house. Also this house is only 6 miles from Sierra At Tahoe ski resport and 8 miles from Heavenly Ski Resport. It is also about 8 miles from the casinos. Interaction with Guests I will be here for any questions you have. I always have my phone on me. The Neighborhood I love how quiet and cozy our neighborhood is, but at the same time it is a short trip to the casinos and ski resorts.More

Excellent vacation house

When can I go back? It was perfect!

Perfect family home with everything we needed. Ping pong, hot tub, coffee pots, toaster oven, barbeque. Great location, close to Hidden Leaf Lake for our hike first afternoon, close to grocery store, convenient to Lake Tahoe for kayaking.

Best Snow Vacation House

Tahoe is so beautiful and so was this house for a quick get a way...great central location, close to casinos......great hot tub!!! Clean and fun.....we had a ball.....we plan to rent this again this summer for a family get together :)) Thanks!!!
