Walking distance to local shops, restaurants and trails, 5 minutes to Lonsdale Quay, 10 minutes to the mountains and 20 minutes to downtown. Great access for transit and plenty of free street parking right out front.
This above ground garden suite boasts large windows and opens up to a private, south facing 800sqft patio! There are three bedrooms with modern furnishings and ample closet space. Two of the bedrooms have huge windows with lots of natural light and include queen beds. The third bedroom has a double bed and is very quiet (for those that are light sleepers or for little ones who go to bed early and need quiet).
