A pleasant 10-minute stream-side stroll from the shops and restaurants of Canmore, our beautiful and spacious one-bedroom, 1.5 bath condo provides everything you need for a welcoming and cozy stay. Featuring a luxury queen mattress in the bedroom, a comfy pullout couch with a queen memory foam mattress in the living room provides sleeping space for kids or extra guests. The balcony has a gas BBQ and a couple of comfy Adirondack chairs for relaxing and enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning, or a glass of wine in the evening. The spa bathroom provides a soaker tub and separate shower to soothe aching muscles after a good day of enjoying the skill hills or hiking/biking trails. Relax in the evenings in front of the beautiful stone fireplace, watch a movie, or enjoy a good book! The building's amenities include a hot tub, free underground heated parking for 1 vehicle, and a workout facility. For your convenience, we provide you with soaps, detergents, shampoo/conditioner, a hairdryer, coffee, tea, etc. (If you need a few quick groceries, check out the fantastic neighbourhood deli, Red Gables, for a unique and interesting assortment of fresh baked goods, produce, meat, cheese, etc.) This is a spotlessly clean, comfortable. We invite you to make it your home base in the Canadian Rockies! + Always let us know the basics about your plans and schedule and who is coming with you. This will help us know if there are any special requirements; for example, the need for the pull out couch. *To respect our cleaner’s and arriving guests’ schedules, please do not request early check ins and/or late check outs and be mindful of the check in (4:00pm) and check out (11:00am) times. **We will charge an additional cleaning fee for stays of 10 days and longer. **We are not responsible for items left behind in the unit. We will not mail or ship any forgotten item. ***To comply with the rules of Parks Canada, offering a Park Pass is not possible… “Discovery passes must be signed by the pass holder to be valid; are non-refundable; NOT TRANSFERABLE and rendered void if resold”
