Great location, stunning views, easy walk to town and a short drive to many of the area trails. Only down side would be number of stairs to navigate, would be a struggle for anyone with health issue.

This townhouse was located in a perfect location in Sooke, B.C. Beautiful view and excellent condition with all the amenities you could ask for; a gourmet kitchen, great barbeque, comfortable beds and the convenience of being able to do laundry as needed.

I would highly recommend this townhouse. Modern, clean, all the amenities. Three patios, two of which have lovely ocean view.

About the neighbourhood
Sooke's location is unique. Being the last major town as you go west on southern Vancouver Island, there are limitless opportunities for outdoor adventure whether by hiking, cycling, driving the scenic circle route, or fishing and whale watching. The ocean beaches are too numerous to visit in a month of beach days. The area is a kayaker's paradise. Sooke has excellent mountain biking trails. The Sooke River Potholes is a great summer picnic and swimming area adjacent to the Galloping Goose cycling trail, only 10 minutes from the Townhouse. The Townhouse is located close to downtown Sooke, so shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. There is a new brew pub opening up, also within walking distance of the Townhouse.
Getting around
It is best to have a car to get to Sooke. The Townhouse is close to public transit, and there have been guests who arrived by transit, without a car. There is a network of cycling trails between Sooke and Victoria, so guests could arrive by bicycle and explore the area by bicycle. The garage at the Townhouse is perfect place to keep bikes and kayaks safely stored while you enjoy the amenities of Sooke and the Townhouse itself.
