The Rowan Cottage is situated on a spot that takes full advantage of the West Coast beauty. It is part of a park-like six-acre oceanfront property known as the Seaward Estate. Historically, Seaward was one of five salmon trap sites along Juan de Fuca Strait until the 1950s.
Seaward provides many beautiful natural landscapes, including two beaches (with thousands of feet of picturesque coastline), west coast forest, and wood trails. It remains one of the best oceanfront properties in the Greater Victoria Region.
