Wonderful and Relaxing Stay - Perfect Location
Perfect accommodation if you are travelling with/without dogs. A nice location, a lot of room for them to run around. A little patio to keep them under control. Well equipped cottage/barn. Lots of things to do within a couple of miles. Take your pick, historic places to visit, many walks on your door step and a selection of nice country pubs and a fishing lake up the road. Perfect hosts. A morning visitor Harry the horse who came to give us some grass.

Wonderful place
This is a fantastic place to stay with everything you need, and a gentle walk through the vineyard to the village of Bodiam for the steam train and castle. We were with our 14 yr old son and his mate, and they really enjoyed staying here too - plenty of safe space to wander and excellent wifi!

Another fab visit
This was our third year visiting and again didn't disappoint. Beautiful accommodation and setting. So welcoming, beautifully presented and well equipped with the extra touches including provisions in the fridge, toiletries and a lovely sponge cake in each cottage as always. 4 cottages for 4 families with the larger property large enough for gathering. We stayed in no 3 again. Home from home. Children and dogs have a fantastic time too. So much to do and see in and around the property (board games, outdoor games and books) and within a short drive in the area to the coast and inland. And great walks (and pubs for lunch) locally. See you next year Terrie and Mike. Can't wait. 😁

Simply stunning and extremely comfortable cottages
We had a fabulous weekend at Coopers Cottage. The accommodation was extremely comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with all you could need in a kitchen and there was a delicious cake when we arrived, teabags and milk. There was lots of room for the children to run around safely and we overlooked the vineyard, which made our time away feel even more like a holiday! We visited Bodiham Castle and the Tenterten Steam Railway with our children without so much as stepping in a car, which was lovely for us all. The ladies who run this accommodation were very thoughtful and even provided coffee, when after a storm our power was cut. The best holiday cottage we have stayed in in the UK. Can't wait to go back!

3 Coopers Cottages, Bodian.
We stayed for 6 nights in August 2016. We had a brilliant time and would thoroughly recommend Coopers Cottages. Terrie and Mick are great hosts. There are some lovely touches to make the stay special like homemade cake and welcome food on arrival. The cottage is extremely clean and comfortable. Looking out the windows across the vineyards feels more like France than Sussex! There is wide range of local activities. Bodian Castle, steam train to Tenteden, Battle and 1066, Hastings and Eastbourne. We had a great time.

Faultless
We stayed here for the August Bank Holiday weekend and loved every minute of it. Number 3 Coopers Cottage is spotless, modern and extremely comfortable. It's been well thought out with its design and had everything you could want or need for a weekend away from shampoo to bbq, milk, bread, butter and the most delicious cake! The views were amazing and the hot air balloon passing through the valley on the balmy Friday night was a beautiful sight to see. A twenty minute walk past Harry the horse through the vineyard took us to Bodiam Castle and ten minutes further past the railway took us to The Hub where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast. Terri recommended a couple of restaurants and we took her advice enjoying an evening meal at The White Dog and a fab Sunday lunch at Salehurst Halt. Coopers Cottage got the thumbs up from our teenage son who said the wifi connection was good and that he'd like to return! Thank you Terri we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

No 3 Coopers cottage
We stayed at no 3 for 2 weeks in June. Lyfli welcome from Terrie. The cottage was spotless and the generous welcome pack very acceptable. They even moved beds around in second bedroom at our request. Thank you. Our friends joined us for a weekend, liked it so much that they booked no1 for a few days in August and we are joining them so we are going back. !!!!

Simply the best-better than all the rest!
Last minute booking for a mini break. Newly converted in 2015.Excellent welcome pack and delicious sponge. Light airy accommodation and large comfortable bed. Plenty of parking.Fenced patio area with open vews. A short walk across the vineyards to Bodiam Castle and pub. Our labs were in seventh heaven with lots of walks straight from the door and the pub was dog friendly too! Terrie and Sharon are excellent hostesses and are on hand for any advice and information. We felt instantly at home and relaxed and look forward to visiting again!

Superb acommodation in lovely, peaceful location
Two of us stayed at Coopers Cottages this last week. The quality of the accommodation could not be faulted, cleaned to a very high standard with an excellent and plentiful welcome pack. Terri is a brilliant manager and her cakes are to die for! There are lots of walking opportunities from the door and numerous National Trust properties to visit within easy driving distance. The sun shone and had breakfast every morning on the patio. The village pub is less than half a mile away and has a varied and reasonably priced menu. A perfect break!
