This super,detached cottage,comprehensively refurbished in 2018,sits in an enviable position overlooking the Teifi valley. Situated just a few miles from the market town of Llandysul which has a good range of independent shops,pubs and eateries. The stunning West Wales coastline is surprisingly close,just over 11 miles to the seaside resort of Aberporth,a great starting point for other fishing villages up and down the coast such as New Quay and colourful Aberaeron to name but a few. A little closer to home is Cenarth with its renowned waterfalls and rich history of coracle fishing,a perfect place to walk off a hearty lunch. There is a ground floor double bedroom leading from the left of the lounge,but the rest of the room flows into the open-plan kitchen/diner. The kitchen area is very well equipped with electric oven and hob,microwave,dishwasher,Nespresso coffee machine and fridge/freezer. The dining area is perfect for a sunny breakfast or a more formal evening meal and enjoys lovely rural views. This leads to an internal hallway with a shower room with WC and a utility room with washing machine and an additional freezer. There are stairs from the lounge to a half landing,one side splits to the right and the fantastic master bedroom with a super-king-size bed and en-suite shower room with WC. Taking the left there are two further bedrooms,a king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a twin on request) and a twin room. There is a family bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Outside to the garden area,with steps to your own private hot tub. A perfect spot for taking in the magnificent views during the day or star-gazing in the evening. Patio and lawn with enough space for the energetic to burn off some excess energy. Private parking for 3 cars. More
