Built in 2012, this villa is modern, simple and functionally furnished. It is located in a quiet and green environment. Although the attic is not on offer, the owner gives the keys so you can use upper terrace and enjoy the partial view of the sea and the mountains. The nearest beach is the beautiful Plavi Horizonti, it is located at a distance of about 1 km. Other famous beaches are a few kilometers away: Ploce, Oblatno, Mirista. Tivat is a small town called the town of magnolias. There is one of the best marinas on the Adriatic.
