there's a lot close by - in the village there's a lovely deli and a convenient shop and there are loads of great pubs close by - a short drive to Southwold and lots of lovely country roads to explore

We arrived with our two daughters age 8 and 11 and grandparents in tow and on arrival we were all enchanted with the lovely garden. This lovely cottage is in the charming village of Peasenhall making it the ideal location for those wanting to explore the coast and countryside of Suffolk. The cottage has been beautifully restored and updated by the owner and provides surprisingly generous accommodation. There are 2 large double bedrooms each with and en-suite shower, and a smaller room with 2 children's...

Low and mid-season short breaks are generally 3 night weekends from Friday to Monday, and 4 night midweek breaks from Monday to Friday. However it is worth asking if I can accommodate a different length of stay outside peak seasons, subject to availability of housekeeping staff. Please ask about availability. I ask for a 20% deposit on booking with the balance, and a £250 Good Housekeeping deposit, payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. Guests must also complete a booking form and provide passport or driving licence copies for each guest.
