The 2nd Bedroom with cordless blinds has a double bed (4ft6) with bedside drawers, Laura Ashley Victorian style lamps, under bed storage, chest of drawers, Seat with wicker storage baskets, Wardrobe, TV, Tivo Box, Victorian fireplace with Heater, Large Mirror, decorative lighting & pine flooring. The Middle Room has French doors which step out onto a courtyard, A Desk/Media Unit which consists of a TV, Tivo Box, Custom built wall storage, a third decorative fireplace, a FRIHETEN sofa bed which easily converts to a 4ft6 bed Double Bed, Memory foam topper provided for added comfort, luxuriously soft carpet. The Back Room has Bifold doors which open out onto a private garden, luxurious large polished porcelain tiles which also run into the kitchen & bathroom, underfloor heating with Smart Wi-Fi touchscreen thermostat, a 3 Seater Sofa Bed with Chaise longue which converts to a 4ft6 bed, an oak dining table & chairs, with breakfast bar, stools and storage which flows into the kitchen, there is also 2 Velux ceiling windows which lets in plenty of light. The kitchen has a double oven, an induction hob, a microwave, Fridge/Freezer, high quality sink and tap where the tap pulls out, a washing machine, kettle, toaster, Full cutlery with knives/forks/plates/glasses/cups/utensils & accessories, a wireless heating receiver which controls the central heating system, Essentials such as Milk, Tea, Coffee, Sugar, cleaning materials/iron are provided. The Bathroom has an L shaped bath, Overhead Shower, powerful handheld shower, bath, sink, toilet, tall anthracite radiator, with recessed alcove & shelves for storage. Essentials such as handwash, toilet paper, body wash, shampoo etc are provided. Area This apartment is right off of Gloucester Road, famous for its independent shops, numerous cafes and restaurants. It is also known for its great art and graffiti where you will find some of Banksy's most famous pieces. Just across the road you will find a lovely park for children and Horfield sports centre which has the best gym & swimming pool in the area, lots of child friendly pubs nearby. There are excellent public transport links and a bus stop 100 meters from the apartment From the apartment, you can reach Southmead super hospital within 5 minutes by foot, Bristol city Centre/Cabot Circus 10 minutes by car, M4/M5 motorways 10 minutes by car, M32 5 minutes by car, Cribbs Causeway shopping Mall 10 minutes by car, Bristol Rovers Stadium 7 minutes by foot. Good location, very clean and well equipped for a short stay and comfortable for 6-8. There were 5 of us plus a baby and it was the perfect amount. Great organisation and contact from the owner. Would recommend and we'll visit again in the future!

The location is residential, tidy, and generally very quiet (although if you are a light sleeper the family upstairs might prevent you from sleeping in, unless you can ride it through until they leave the house!). The flat is in great condition, bright, and well...More

Really really nice apartment enjoyed our stay. We all felt the rooms were a great size and fully furnished. Excellent and what a great location! The only downside was the fact there were motion cameras in the doorway and kitchen. Would definitely stay there again...More
