It also benefits from a breakfast bar. The kitchen area opens up to to the homes modern dining room as well as the living room area. The entire open living area offers a great place to spend time with your family or friends. The living room has a very large sofa and a mounted TV, perfect for cosy evenings. It also features several large windows towards the high street which make sure the living area is supplied with a lot of light. It’s also equipped with high-speed WiFi and plenty of space, such as a desk and workstation to get work done should you need it. There are also a washer, dryer and an iron should you want to use them. There are pay and display parking spaces close by should you need to park your car. You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm. The home is located in the very centre of Bristol close to many attractions and is walking distance from many of the town's historical sites such as the cathedral, St. Marks and others like the shopping of Cabot Circus, and the greens of Castle Park. The area around the house has a lot of cute local shops, culture and many great restaurants and coffee shops. The neighbourhood itself is safe and has a lot of green spaces and parks. The home profits from being in such a great location. Since you’re so close to the river and other attractions, this place is perfect for someone who wants to explore beautiful Bristol by foot. The surrounding areas are easy to get to and around. There are affordable Taxis and Uber as well as public transport available should you not want to walk. This home is located right in the middle of the city, so it’s perfect if you want to enjoy the lively city centre. This home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. The home is surrounded by the sights, sounds, and smells of the cafes, restaurants and bars around it, perfect for those who want exciting things to do right on their doorstep. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens. Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm.
